Next, a jazz band leads a march northwards across London Bridge, followed by a battery-powered PA in a handcart, playing reggae. Crowd noise increases as the march reaches King William Street, with cheers and something like a cow-bell being struck. The noise redoubles when office workers are spotted peering from windows high up along Lombard Street...
